Spring is just around the corner with beautiful blooms, birdsong, and brilliant sunshine. Looking forward to some great evenings of music, dancing, good friends and hearing the night sounds around the campfire. Thinking a mighty fine season of fun, dancing, food and tunes. Everyone loves a great evening down at the Grove.
Our first Sunday Music Series Barbecue of the year is March 23rd with Hill William Band. Always a crowd pleaser ! Dennis’ barbecue crew are mighty fine pitmasters: our special thanks to Bill Lockwood, Keith Weber, Steve Luecke, and host of merry men who make sure every bite is as delicious as a barbecue ought to be! Next Sunday Music Series Barbecue up, April 13th with the Missouri Valley Boys.
We will be closed the week of March 5th through March 8th for a Spring Vacation Week. Hope you can take some time to get out, listen to some tunes, and see what’s goin on at the Grove. March is a good time to catch up with friends, dance a few jigs, or slow dances before the outdoor festivities of Spring start.
Have your family, work and social get togethers down here at the Grove. Well now, that’s just about as fine as a party can be. We take care of the cleaning and you get ready for dancing, yakking and fun. Private parties Weekdays and nights Sunday thru Thursday, and Weekend days. Tell us your budget and we will make the arrangements.

Honky Tonk music at its finest! Gary Hunt leads the band in that county western high lonesome sound. Gary Hunt, guitar, fiddle, and vocals, Dade Farrar, Standup bass, and vocals, Jay Farrar, pedal steel, Johnny Horton, guitar, and Dan Kathriner, drums and vocals. Mighty fine music and a great big howdy of country. Country music just doesn’t get any better than this.

(Classic Traditional country, Rockabilly, 70’s outlaw country, and Variety)
Voted best traditional country band by Riverfront Times this year. Groove to your favorite country classics, with 70’s outlaw, and even some rockabilly, with Brian Henneman, on lead guitar, Kip Loui, on rhythm guitar, Richard Tralles on Standup Bass, Carl Pandolfi on piano, and Spencer Marquart on percussion.
